School Age Students
Branches will have seasonal arts and crafts for children after school. Dates, times and locations vary.
Preschool Storytime
3 To 4 Years
Childcare centers, we are here to help you. We want to share the library with your little ones. We are available to come to you if you don’t have transportation. Call your local branch for more information.
Homework Help
At several branches, we offer homework help or tutoring. If your child is struggling with a certain objective give us a call. Check with your local branch’s librarian and see what resources we have to help your child.

Where Is My Local Branch?
In Newton County, we have three branches- Decatur, Newton, and Union.
Kemper County has two branches- DeKalb and Scooba.
Does KNRLS Have A Program Going All The Time?
The answer is YES. One of our branches always has an activity of some sort. Even Passive Programs- ‘come & go’ activities.
How Do I Get A Library Card?
Call, come in or fill out form online. Simple.
Is There A Limit On The Items You Can Check Out?
Short answer NO. DVDs are limited to 4 per card. Each card used must be presented by original owner.
